Suzanne Looms: This blog aims to cross the bridge from management theory to real world examples, bringing concepts to life. It reflects my interests in coaching, developing managers and teams. I write about creativity and how we use it, even when we think we don't have a creative bone in our bodies. Innovation and change pieces include products & processes as well as social applications. I'm interested in individual psychology and how people 'fit' their organisation. Topics chosen reflect my interests and those of my 'Creativity & Innovation' students on the Open University Business School MBA programme.
